Some Presto CPR customers have been calling it for decades. In February 2023, several Google reviewers said they had used the Beverly company for ten, twenty or twenty-five years; one, writing for a Wakefield company, said their family and company had trusted Presto for over 25 years, at a commercial building and several homes. Presto describes itself as a family-owned carpentry, painting and roofing contractor on the North Shore. An April 2023 customer praised interior painting, tile replacement and front porch repairs. In a February 2021 review, a couple said they chose Presto to replace their roof and siding and paint their home. The company's site says it is an EPA Certified Renovator and has held a BBB A+ rating since January 2007. Google shows 4.7★ from 19 ratings. In July 2018, a customer said Presto claimed it would create an estimate for a complete gutter job, and that after more than 10 follow-up calls the company never responded.

It’s nice to know that there are still companies that exceed customer expectations and that was certainly the case with our house. Highly recommend Presto CPR. For over twenty years Presto has done multiple large projects at our home, from replacing a shingle roof, installing copper gutters, new deck, replacing large windows, interior/exterior carpentry work, interior/exterior painting. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed by Presto Painting. I used them for both interior and exterior painting, and to fix damage to my interior ceiling and walls.
