Mr. Orkhan was very responsive and reliable. He helped to install a riser and rubber mats and anti-vibration cups for my noisy washer/dryer. He was also very nice. I would hire Prime Appliance again.
I was nicely surprised by how fast I had someone ready to come to my house on the same day following the night I made the request. I had my dryer, washer, and dishwasher broken relatively at the same time. The gentleman was able to take care of them on that one evening appointment. Though he charged me a bit more than what he had initially said, but I was still satisfied and would recommend Prime to anyone.
Was prompt in responding, and diagnosed the issue. While the appliance couldn't be repaired, he gave good reasoning as to why.
