Prime Touch is a Natick outfit that describes itself as a home-improvement and remodeling company, and the work its Google reviewers actually describe centers on windows, doors, and sliders — replacing old double-hung windows, swapping in a new front door or patio slider, and occasionally repainting a building for a condo association. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. The review history runs deep for a company this size: eleven on Google spanning 2021 through 2025, averaging 4.5 stars across 15 total ratings, and all but one land at five stars. The same details keep showing up — a crew that starts early (one reviewer clocked a 7AM arrival), measures precisely, and vacuums up before leaving for the day. Several reviewers describe the crew catching a problem mid-installation and fixing it without being asked: rotted framing found behind an old slider, a wall that wasn't plumb corrected before a new door went in. In one 2022 review, a homeowner described a 25-window replacement with new-construction Harvey windows plus a kitchen door, calling the fit exact. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as A+ accredited with no complaints on file. The exception is a 2025 review from a condo-association painting job, describing poor communication about scheduling and residents left unprepared for powerwashing days. It's the one account here that doesn't match the rest, and it's worth asking directly how a multi-unit or association job will be scheduled and communicated before signing on. For a single-family window, door, or slider replacement, the record here is consistent and specific enough to lean on. If the job involves an association or several units at once, confirm the communication plan up front.
Avoid - Very unprofessional company with no ability to communicate. They were hired to paint my condo association and they provided no communication on what day they will actually be working on my house, yet they expect residents to have their house ready for powerwashing any day that suits them. Upon reaching out to the company, I received to response. If given the choice, I would not hire. I will update this review once they actually complete the job, but neighbors of mine, who have had their houses painted, reported terrible worksmanship and general negligence.
A really good experience. The professional window replacement team showed up on time and ready to work everyday. The team leader walked us through exactly what was going to happen. The work was professional, efficient and high quality. At the end of the work day the team vacuumed and wiped down surfaces. There were several walk-throughs to make sure all the details were handled. We will be using them again for our second floor window replacements next year.
I just wanted to let you know that the windows look great and your crew was wonderful. When they took off the old slider, they discovered rot and took the time to fix it. Please convey my thanks to them. I appreciate how smooth this process was - much easier than I anticipated.
The crew arrived at 7AM sharp and clearly have an organized system. Our old slider came out and the new one went in. The crew noted a part of our house wall was not plumb and fixed that so the new slider could be properly installed. Then they installed and painted interior and exterior woodwork around the new slider. The new door is beautiful and the Prime Touch crew cleaned and vacuumed every piece of debris before leaving
We had 25 windows replaced (original windows were double hung with cord and weights) with new construction Harvey windows and one kitchen door. Tom came out to give an estimate, followed by an exact measurement. Everything fit perfectly. The crew was excellent. They were on time, clean and professional. We actually picked up about 3-4" across in each window. I highly recommend Prime Touch and the installation team lead by Gustavo!
