Great experience working with Robbie Millwood. He is incredibly responsive. From asking for a quote to meeting with me and doing the job it was seamless. He answered all my questions and my roof looks great. Highly recommend.

Robbie was very responsive to my emails and calls, work was excellent, showed up when he said he would and was honest. I don’t like feeling like someone is trying to sell me on something i don’t need - Robbie never did that, he was practical and gave me good advice. He’s cleared my ice damns in the winter, re-shingled by roof, fixed siding, and repaired my chimney. 100% recommend!

I got Robbie's name from a friend and when I first called him he got back to me right away to schedule an estimate. I think he came out the next day to give me a quote. He gave me an excellent price on the roof replacement and was very responsive any time I had any questions. This job was also a bit more complicated because I have solar panels on my roof. We had to deal with a solar panel company taking the panels off and storing them before the roof could be done and we had to work around their timeline (they give a one week window to get the new roof installed). Robbie was super flexible with the scheduling, given that the solar panel company changed the dates a few times due to availability and weather. He had no problem adjusting to the new timeline even when I called him to ask if he could move the job up to next week (three weeks ahead of schedule). Also, shout out to his team that installed the roof. They arrived early in the morning to tarp everything and stayed till around 8:30 that night to make sure everything got installed and cleaned up on time. The whole job went really smoothly and I was really impressed. I highly recommend Millwood Roofing for any roof work you might need.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Millwood Roofing so far. Not only did they give us a competitive proposal for a new commercial roofing project, it was by far more thorough than any others we received. You can tell when someone is paying attention to details, and it shows. What was completely unexpected (and greatly appreciated) is the rapid response we received in less than 24 hours when an unexpected emergency arose - Robbie was there straight away to take care of it. It's always nice when a company makes you feel like a priority, we will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

We had a great experience with Robbie Smith for covering our gutters. The price was great and the work was done without any delay. Very professional.
