Home mini-splits and heat pumps are recurring jobs for Pro Air Care HVAC. A May 2026 Google reviewer described a home mini-split installation completed quickly and neatly, with clear communication. Another customer that month said Sedat arrived on time for a complete inspection and spring cleanup of a central air-conditioning system. The company gives its address as 135 South Road in Holden and says it serves residential and commercial clients with heating, cooling, ventilation, maintenance and emergency repair. Google shows a 4.9-star average from 79 ratings. BBB gives the business an A+ grade and says it is not accredited; that profile uses a Sterling street address and also says the company has two locations. Customers have described help choosing equipment and deciding where it should go. In a December 2025 review, an apartment customer said Sedat explained possible heat-pump locations and let them choose their preferred spot. They also said Pro Air Care offered the lowest price among the companies they had asked to quote that same heat pump. An August 2024 reviewer described a home mini-split installation after a free estimate, with a configuration chosen for current needs and possible future expansion. Repair accounts include a March 2026 review describing a mini-split problem resolved on the day of the service visit. In June 2024, a customer said Sedat identified an HVAC fault on his first visit after another installer had made about ten unsuccessful visits. The customer described fixes, ordered parts and a return to operation. A July 2026 reviewer praised Sedat's fair price and quick, thorough work. One December 2025 reviewer reported a maintenance problem during spring and summer 2024. They said a clogged drainage line went unchecked, backed up, overflowed the pan and leaked through the ceiling of a newly painted room. According to that customer, the problem was not correctly diagnosed until the leak occurred, and they paid extra to clear the line and drain the tray, as well as for refrigerant added when underperformance was initially attributed to that cause.
