I hired Seibold Plumbing and Heating to install a heat pump to replace an old AC unit. The guys who came out were punctual, clean, and friendly. However, they didn't stick around to make sure it was working correctly when they left. It was not working right and I ended up having to crack open the manual and finish the job by setting a few dip switches on the unit myself. Took me about an hour and I gave that a pass since this tech is new and I suspect they don't install many of these. What I really have issue with is the soldering job was leaking refrigerant. It was leaking onto my basement floor in little drips. I called the owner who came out and spent all of 30 seconds with some meter tool and proclaimed it was not leaking. I wiped it clean as a whistle and the next day, more drips on my floor. I called him back and he said I was crazy. I called again and again and again. I give him credit for answering every time but he never offered to fix it. I ended up calling another company to redo the soldering connection which cost me about 600 bucks. This company does NOT stand by their work and I will never do business with them again and warn you not to either.
Came in and evaluated my water heater issue. Then brought in replacement unit back up and running in 4 hours.
Had a plumbing issue. Called this company, guy was punctual, worked on a clogged sink for an hour or so. Left with pipe seemingly clear. The next morning I discovered the same issue. I called expecting a return visit since their invoice has a 30 day labor guarantee. Instead got a call basically saying they did all they could and I would need a new pipe. Called another plumber who came and worked on the clog for a couple hours and cleared it 100%. So, basically wasted $175 here. Might want to white-out that 30 day guarantee if you don't stand behind it.
