Had a service call. Bob fixed the problem, which was a whistling toilet . He said “Have a nice day, No Charge!!!! I have a handicap ramp, he was so kind. Now I have a wonderful plumber!!

Our new "go to" plumber, heard back from them promptly, scheduled service within a day, fixed what we needed fixed and didn't play any games, highly recommended ! Thanx - Bo & Wanda

Bob has come out twice in the past 2 years; first to replace leaking valves on my very old bathtub (he was careful to match the style) and most recently to replace cast iron pipe with plastic and install a new toilet. Both times he was prompt and straighforward about the scope of the job, and he put my mind at ease with his professionalism and workmanship. He is efficient and doesn't leave a mess, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BEI!

Ive had alot of trouble with other plumbers in the past but Bob from BEI was super knowledgeable and friendly. Fair pricing and you can tell he realy knows his trade.
