On Thumbtack, PROCheck Inspections describes Greg Greenberg as its founder and CEO, with a background in residential and commercial construction and management. A recent Thumbtack customer says Greg provided a thorough assessment and the inspection report arrived the next day, easy to follow, with a lot of pictures, recommendations and a summary list of issues and concerns to address. Another says Greg made himself available by being flexible with his schedule and driving out on a Sunday. A third says he did the inspection on a Sunday for a small fee and provided the report the following day. One customer says Greg responded quickly and arranged the schedule around their urgent need, even on a weekend, and inspected their house thoroughly. Another calls his reports neat and easy to read, and one more says they were able to schedule what was needed on short notice. In a 2025 review, a customer said Greg from ProCheck did a home inspection for their home insurance and they got the renewal.

10/10! Greg is extremely knowledgable on what he does and provided a thorough assessment. I received my inspection report the next day! It was easy to follow and he took a lot of pictures and provided recommendations and a summary list outlining issues and concerns to address. Out of all the inspectors I have consulted with I went with Greg. Highly recommend!
Greg was very friendly, knowledgeable, and well versed. I would definitely recommend him to new homebuyers. He also made himself available by being flexible with his schedule and driving out on a Sunday.
