OUTSTANIDNG After a lot of research on siding companies, we got estimates from 3 different firms. We went with Pro Exteriors because the salesman was a skilled communicator who really listened to us. He answered all of our questions before we signed the contract and then returned phone calls almost immediately every time we called after. (We really liked the Warranty and thoroughness in the contract). Thank goodness we went with Pro, because then we hit a technical snag in the permit process, and Alex, the general manager, went above and beyond to get through the obstacle course. Our bureaucratic problem with the Town was resolved because Alex is a diplomat and a consummate professional. The job started and was completed in the time promised. The supervisor on the job site was awesome - also a great communicator. The house looks beautiful because the quality of the (vinyl) siding is excellent, and all joints, corners, gutters, and seams are perfectly aligned. Quality workmanship throughout. We always want a company that makes good on their promises, and we got that. But they exceeded our expectations in so many ways, that I now see why the Pro Exterior reviews are so favorable. There is a whole company team behind the work, and it shows. We cannot say enough about how great Pro Exteriors is, and we feel darn LUCKY that we hired THEM.

Charles gave us an excellent roof inspection. He was friendly and exceptionally thorough. We really appreciated the care he took. We would definitely work with Exterior Pro LLC again if our roof ever needs any work!

Pro Exteriors was excellent!! As soon as I inquired they sent me both a text and an email. Charles Comstock called me to discuss what was needed and got back to me right away with a quote. So easy!!! We found Pro Exteriors easy to work with from start to finish of our large re-siding project. We talked to quite a few different businesses. Pro Exteriors was by far the quickest to respond, offered the best selection of products and was available to start the work sooner than the others. The price was on par with other quotes we received, but they were the only company that offered the particular colors we were looking for. We got exactly what we wanted. The team that worked at our house was exceptionally professional, friendly and unobtrusive, especially considering the size of a complete exterior makeover job. Even after the work was done we found Pro Exteriors readily available to answer any minor questions or changes that needed addressing. We feel like we have a brand new house and couldn't be happier!
