The Veron Company describes itself as a landscaping contractor and lawn care company specializing in sprinkler systems, lawn lighting and snow removal, established in 1984 in Massachusetts, with David Veron as owner. Its website lists mulch, soil and stone, fertilization, lawn renovations, core aeration and overseeding, sprinklers and irrigation services, spring and fall cleanups and tree services, and reports 44 years in business. The BBB grades it A+. A recent customer who rented a 15 CUYD roll-off container for construction debris says the employees arrived on time and worked quickly, and that the delivery operator placed the dumpster in the desired location and orientation despite limiting conditions. In a 2025 review, a customer who had used the company for over 30 years said it handled their spring and fall cleanups, fertilization, and the installation and ongoing maintenance of their irrigation system, and also replaced their walk and stairs, added heat to the walkway and ran drainage lines from their gutters. In a 2024 review, a customer said the company addressed a wet area behind their home with drainage and landscaping stone, created a level bed for a future shed, cleaned the gutters, fixed a downspout and added underground piping, and that the crew left the job site tidy. In a 2022 review, a customer said the company installed their irrigation system many years earlier and had maintained it since, and that on a service call to replace several irrigation heads the service person arrived on time and the charge was reasonable. A 2024 review said Quinton had shut down and opened the customer's sprinkler system for the last few years. In another 2022 review, a customer said 5 CY of organic garden soil ordered by phone was delivered the next day. A recent one-star review calls the company very unprofessional. In a 2022 review, a customer said the company told them it could not access their backyard, and the owner then said they would need to pay over twice the original price. In a 2021 review, a customer said their fiancé was quoted around 400 for a grass cut and leaf pick up and ended up paying 1,400. A 2012 communityadvocate.com article reported that workers from the company donated their time and resources to plant 21 new cherry and crabapple trees in Northborough's Ellsworth-McAfee Park.
“says landscape designer and builder David Veron, owner of The Veron Company in Marlborough, Massachusetts.”
“Workers from the Veron Company, a Marlborough-based landscaping business, donate their time and resources to plant 21 new cherry and crabapple trees in Northborough's Ellsworth-McAfee Park May 7.”
I have more than a decade of experience as a landscape design and construction professional. This is my first experience working with The Veron Company. I rented a 15 CUYD Roll-off container (dumpster) for the removal of construction debris. The Veron employees presented themselves professionally, were well mannered, experienced, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, were friendly, then worked quickly and efficiently to meet the requirements. Though conditions were limiting, the delivery operator was able to place the dumpster in the desired location and orientation. The pickup operator was equally deft with its remove. The vehicles and equipment were clean, well maintained, and in good working order. In aggregate their on-site presence was impressive, professional and exceeded expectation. I intend to work with The Veron Company again on future landscape projects.
this company sucks very unprofessional.

Employee that I spoke with was very pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be back to have them service my property
We’ve been using The Veron Company for over 30 years, and they have consistently done excellent work. Over the years they’ve handled our spring and fall cleanups, fertilization, and the installation and ongoing maintenance of our irrigation system. They’ve also completed several larger projects, including replacing our walk and stairs, adding heat to the walkway, and running drainage lines from our gutters to improve water flow around the property. They are reliable, professional, and take great pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company you can trust for decades, and The Veron Company has truly earned that trust. Highly recommend.
