In a 2022 review, a customer who had a piano moved to Waterville from Massachusetts said Peter's price was $500 less than the other company's. A 2024 customer said the company came in under its estimate and the two men delivered everything to a second-floor apartment after a long drive. A 2025 customer said the company showed up the very next day to fix a small bit of damage. A recent customer said their dog got out during the move, that furniture and art work were damaged, and that the boss threatened to call the police; that customer was charged almost 2,000. A 2026 customer said they hired two movers for two hours, and the company sent four, took three hours, charged more than double and scuffed their furniture. A 2025 customer said they ended up paying about twice what they were quoted, thousands more than planned. A 2025 customer wrote that the hourly charge was significantly more than quoted and that they were not told beforehand that the company expects cash payment at the end of the job.

I told them to be careful of my dogs, and cats so they would not get out, my dog ran off, I had to chase him through thorns, and when the boss came he threatened to call the police because I told him because my dog got out , I had a Good mind not to pay. I worked for skowhegan for 5 years, I'm not afraid of the police, I was also a bail commissioner, they damaged my furniture, and never apologized for my dog running off, I caught my dog, don't use this people, charged Almost 2,000 I did not use this review to weaponize , I told the truth, I told you my dogs would run off , moving for any animal is very stressful, and confusing, but you as the owner of the company didn't seem to care, and oh mentioning the chief of police was a close friend, was a classic strong arm tatic, it didn't frighten me at all, you got paid, even though your workers damaged some of my art work, and some of my furniture, that is what this review process is all about, if you don't like it, that's on you Jason.
Quote was spot on. The team that did my move were on time, respectful of me and my belongings. Very polite, even introduced themselves and shook my hand. They were fast and very cautious not to damage or scratch anything. I would hire them in a minute if I needed them again.Great service! Thank you
I hired two movers for 2 hours. They sent four and charged me more than double. And 3 hrs. My furniture was scuffed and the lead guy was very rude
Can't say enough about how great these guys are. They showed up when they said they would, communication was great. Three of them moved us to our new apartment. The guys handled our stuff with such care, never seen anything like it. They were professional, pleasant and efficient! Highly recommend! THANK-YOU PRO MOVING SERVICE!
Five stars! Pro Movers were incredibly professional and efficient—especially with moving our heavy electric massage tables. They handled everything quickly and carefully. There was a small bit of damage (really no big deal), and I wasn’t expecting anything, but they showed up the very next day to fix it and even removed some trash for no extra charge. I was happy to pay for the service, but they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
