Nine of the twenty written Angi reviews for Professional Construction Services name the same handyman, Alan (or "Al"), and the jobs they describe are the small, many-item kind. In a May 2017 review, a family with a baby said Al came prepared and on time, respected nap schedules and worked through what the customer called a "quite massive" punch list in one day. In a May 2018 review, a customer caring for a fiancé in a wheelchair said Alan moved furniture and installed many air conditioning units. The Medfield company describes itself on Angi as having more than 30 years of experience, and lists handyman jobs, aging-in-place work, interior remodels and furniture assembly. Angi shows 4.6 stars from 26 ratings, 77% of them five stars. Its written reviews all date from 2017 and 2018. Showing up when promised comes up often in those years: an April 2017 customer said Alan arrived on time and switched from mounting a TV to installing window blinds when plans changed, calling the work "decently priced," and a January 2018 customer said he was straightforward about what needed doing and what didn't, at a reasonable price. An October 2018 review names Luis, who came back to fix a sink that had arrived damaged. An April 2017 review for multiple small projects said, "He never finished the job and he owes me $50.00." A June 2017 customer who was otherwise pleased noted that he seemed very busy and the wait to schedule a project was a bit longer.
