Profound Home Improvement LLC

A roofing job with a quick start and a full site cleanup: in a January 12, 2022 HomeAdvisor review, a Profound Home Improvement customer said the crew was on the roof within days of signing the contract and finished two days later. The customer described constant communication throughout the work and said the whole site was cleaned afterward. Profound Home Improvement LLC is based in Westfield, Massachusetts, and customers have described hiring it for roofing, siding and window work. Roof replacement appears in separate October 2023 accounts. A HomeAdvisor customer praised the crew's workmanship on a replacement, while a Google reviewer described relying on the company for roofing replacements, siding and windows at rental properties. That property customer said the properties were left cleaner than before the work began. HomeAdvisor and Angi advertise asphalt-shingle roofing installation and replacement, along with a self-reported claim of 15-plus years of experience. For windows, an October 2024 HomeAdvisor reviewer described an installation of 12 windows, praising the price, punctuality and neat cleanup. A May 2024 Google customer credited new siding with changing the appearance of their house and drawing compliments from passersby. In January 2022 HomeAdvisor reviews, one customer described a siding upgrade followed by cleanup; another praised the price and the appearance of siding repairs. These were completed jobs, separate from the January 2022 roofing customer's intention to hire Profound for future window replacement. Customers also described their dealings with the owner. An October 2024 HomeAdvisor reviewer said the owner listened to their concerns and paid attention to detail. A Google reviewer that month praised respectful treatment, detailed pricing and a timely project finish. In September 2023, another Google customer said questions received straightforward answers before and during the project, with updates along the way. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 185035, is active. The company's website says it is insured.
