We started by seeking multiple quotes for our home renovation. I personally reached out to 15 companies in our area for the job, which included replacing our roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Tom Smith from Major Home Improvement visited us and provided a detailed presentation of materials and options with no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Of the 15 companies, eight refused to provide written quotes, four offered written quotes lacking detail, and three provided thorough information on products, costs, and timelines. After careful research, Major Home Improvement stood out for their reputation and the quality of their products, ultimately tipping the scale in their favor. Installation Team: Once we decided to move forward, Tanya from the office staff was very kind and courteous, efficiently scheduling every aspect of the project. The installation team—Philip, Edwin, Ivan, and field supervisor Mark—all performed exceptionally. Philip and Edwin, in particular, worked tirelessly and demonstrated strong dedication, ensuring the area around our house was spotless at the end of each day. Ivan and his team handled the doors and windows with impressive attention to detail, taking extra time to guarantee everything was perfect. Mark visited the site several times, making sure the project was running smoothly and promptly answering any questions I had. The entire experience was a pleasure, marked by clear communication, hard-working staff, and outstanding results. One memorable moment was watching Philip and Edwin work late into the evening just to leave our property clean and safe—a gesture that truly made an impression. We had an excellent experience with Major Home Improvements and would definitely recommend them. Our project was substantial. Demolition of the existing second-floor deck, construction of a new one, replacing all the shingles on the roof, a new gable location, 3 new footings and support columns, and new gutters that properly direct rain water. Our project consultant, Tom, was excellent on every level— super friendly, always responsive to questions, and great with follow-up which made him a real asset throughout the project. Also, Tanya in the office was super professional, friendly and kept us up to date with everything. The crew was outstanding. They were hardworking, professional, friendly and focused.They showed up ready to work every day and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. Also, they kept the site organized throughout and did an excellent job with the final cleanup. The finished work looks great and we would definitely recommend Major Home Improvements.

We called them to take a look at some fire damage, because they had done a roof for us in the past, they came up, looked at the damage, said they needed to send somebody else out to take a look as well. We never heard back from them. Not a single follow up email or anything I would think if a company did not want to do a job, they would just respectfully decline instead of not saying a word,

From the sales appointment to the install everything was properly communicated and went well! MHI understood what i was looking for and did their best to work with me. This is my third time hiring this company and would do so again if needed
