A 2023 customer said they were charged over $1000 to repair a dryer, and after the board was replaced it still did not work. That 2023 customer wrote that six weeks after the first appointment the dryer was still not fixed, the part was discontinued, and the company refused any refund; they said the company yelled at the reviewer's pregnant wife on the phone when she asked for one.
AMAZING service. I called in the morning, tech was here by noon, and we had a fully working dryer before dinner. He is friendly, professional and didn't try to oversell us on anything. This is the kind of company you want handling your home repairs. Will be back for sure!
Outstanding experience from the moment I called. My refrigerator was leaking water all over my kitchen floor and I needed help fast. They came out quickly, identified the problem right away, and took care of it the same day. Professional, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. This is the only appliance repair company I'll ever call. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Stove had a gas smell near the back burner that I didn't want to mess around with myself. The technician came out same day, which I appreciated. He found a loose valve fitting, tightened and sealed it, checked every connection before leaving. Not something to cut corners on.
Our oven door glass cracked, no idea how, just noticed it one morning. The repairman sourced the replacement panel, came back when it arrived, and installed it cleanly. Looks factory. Took longer to get the part than to do the job.
We do not recommend this business. They charged us over $1000 to repair a dryer that they said was worth repairing for the cost instead of getting a new one. Replaced the board and it still didn’t work. Said a new part had broken and needed to order. Only now are they telling us the part is discontinued. It’s been six weeks since the first appointment and they still haven’t fixed the dryer and refuse to give us any kind of refund. My wife is 7 months pregnant and when she asked them for a refund, they yelled at her on the phone.
