On time and super helpful
Need to be clear with instructions. They moved a very light sofa for me. They shrink wrapped the sofa, but did not pad cover, from what I saw, to prevent puncture of the upholstery. They did not wrap the cushions or ottoman. Too much exposure for stains or again punctures. Otherwise a very nice crew, fast at what they do. Good delivery.
The movers exceeded my expectations - friendly, efficient and best of all, very professional. They clearly know what they are doing and have a lot of experience. Their professionalism resulted in a very smooth move for my family. This company is all you need - great service at an affordable cost. I couldn't be happier with Prudential Moving company and highly recommend them.
