Two things are worth confirming before booking. BBB's own filing still names founder Sergio Pungitore as the business's owner, while the company's website describes Mike as the one running things now — probably just a record that hasn't caught up with a generational handoff, but worth asking who you'd actually be contracting with. It's also fair to ask whether paperwork will come under the old "Pungitore Landscaping" name or the new "Pungitore" branding, since the company is mid-transition. This reads as a long-tenured, family-run crew with a clean track record and a broad service list — a reasonable call for South Shore homeowners wanting one outfit for both lawn care and hardscape work. Given how thin the public review trail still is, it's worth asking for references or recent job photos directly before signing anything.
