All Things Dirty inc. is Phil Hennebury's South Weymouth landscaping and property-maintenance company - lawn mowing, mulching, seasonal clean-ups, pressure washing, and winter plowing and shoveling. Its BBB profile carries an A+ letter grade, though the business isn't BBB accredited and the page shows no reviews of its own. The 2024 reviews on file are strongly positive and specific: one customer describes a "ton of leaves" cleared out fast, another calls Phil "consistently fair in price" and always reachable. Those accounts describe routine seasonal work going well and coming in on budget. Two more recent reviews complicate that picture. A June 2026 review reports edging that fell short of the depth promised and mulch spread unevenly across the property. More serious is a January 2025 review describing the winter plowing arrangement: the customer says they were billed for two plow "pushes" when only one happened, and charged twice for shoveling done once - alleging they were knowingly overcharged, not just under-served. That's a different kind of complaint than a rough mulch job; it's about the billing itself, and it's worth asking exactly how a plowing contract is priced and tracked before signing on for the winter. With only six reviews split between clear praise and two specific complaints, the record here is thin enough that either experience could be more representative than it looks. For routine lawn and cleanup work, the earlier reviews are encouraging; before committing to a seasonal snow-plowing contract, get the per-push or per-inch pricing and the visit log spelled out in writing.
Edging not up to stated depth. One side of house has barely any mulch compared to other side. Left piles of dirt in yard. Overall not happy.
What an incredible job Phil does. Alway there when you need him and consistently fair in price.
Phillip is a very nice guy-but plowing service was lackluster at best- the option to “pay per push “ is odd since it’s not accurate-it should be pay per inches is snow- I was knowingly charged for 2pushes even though I only got one-also charged $50 for shoveling twice when I was only shoveled once- perhaps if they had plowed after all the snow had landed that would have been sufficient, but when they plow mid storm once and don’t come back, I was required to re-shovel my walk and my driveway, which was really infuriating. Seeing how I paid for double of what I didn’t get and I still had to go out and shovel. I just think other people should be aware that you will get charged for 2 pushes even if they only come once-logic being that it’s harder to plow? And the shovel job was not the entire walkway-but 12 inches or shovel length…but I was told if I was expecting to see any part my driveway I should have paid for salt service too! Shoveling would have been easier and better if they hadn’t come at all! So down $200 AND had to shovel my entire driveway and walkways-if this is your idea of good service-help me understand! Also, the 100% satisfaction guarantee is not true either-after explaining my disappointment-there was no offer to “make it right” or any olive branch whatsoever-which is their prerogative-but if that’s the case, don’t claim you offer 100% satisfaction when you clearly don’t.
I had a ton of leaves and these guys got rid of them all in no time. Great job and highly recommend.
