A dog that used to pick up 20 to 30 ticks in one weekend hasn't had one since its owner started using Pure Solutions — the kind of specific, repeated relief that shows up across five years of the Chatham company's Google reviews. Pure Solutions treats Cape Cod yards for ticks, mosquitoes and deer, and separately runs an organic lawn care line — fertilizing, aerating, seeding and weed control, along with mole, vole and geese control — per its Better Business Bureau listing. The pattern holds from 2021 to 2026: a family treating wetlands-adjacent property since 2017 described the worst tick spring they'd seen turning into a month without a single one in the yard once spraying started; another said the organic formula let them stop worrying about ticks and mosquitoes without worrying about the bees, hummingbirds and butterflies that still show up in the yard. One 2025 reviewer was more careful — noting they hadn't had a bad tick problem to begin with, so couldn't personally vouch for that specific claim — a small, honest note inside an otherwise near-unbroken run of five-star ratings. Service mechanics get named specifically and often: a text the day before a visit, another on arrival, a third when the crew leaves. The same technicians recur by name across years — Mike, Luke, Angel, Dan Cook, Logan, Joe — and reviewers repeatedly say they value having the same person return each visit, since that person learns a property's particular trouble spots. One January 2026 review is the clear exception to the pattern: a billing error took over a month to resolve, alongside missed and delayed appointments and slow office responses — an office-side complaint rather than a field-side one, but worth raising directly before signing up for a season. Pure Solutions carries a 5.0 average across 138 Google ratings and BBB accreditation at an A+ grade. For a Cape homeowner who wants ticks and mosquitoes handled without synthetic chemicals near kids, pets or a well, it has a long, mostly consistent record on exactly that job — just confirm billing and scheduling terms with the office before committing to a season-long plan.
Unfortunately, we have been disappointed with the management @ the office/communcations - missed/late appointments, delayed responses, and a large error in bill processing that took over a month to resolve...customer service is one of the most important aspects of a company, and Pure Solutions needs to work on improving this if they want to keep their customers....
