Based in Osterville, the company says it is family-owned and operated and has served Cape Cod for more than 25 years. Its advertised services include rodent, termite, wasp, bedbug and general pest inspections and treatment. Customers describe both urgent visits and recurring care. A July 2026 reviewer said Steve arrived the next day after yellow jackets began entering the front of the house, sent photographs while examining the entry point, and that the treatment appeared to work quickly. Another August reviewer described a next-day visit, a thorough explanation of the process and a warranty. A different August customer credited Chris with an immediate response and arrival to address their issue. Longer relationships also appear in recent accounts. One June 2026 customer said Steve had helped bring a serious infestation under control and continued managing the home from season to season, explaining unexpected pest problems and answering questions. An April reviewer described hiring him first for a carpenter-ant infestation and then for annual preventive tick and mosquito spraying. Another customer, writing in April, said Bayside treated mice at a home in a wooded area and took care of pest issues while the customer was away. In an April 2026 account, a customer described Steve handling a bat infestation, taking steps to prevent further entry, removing dead bats from the property and later removing a large hornet nest. Two March 2026 reviews describe different bedbug calls. One customer said Steve treated the entire house and eliminated an infestation on the first attempt. Another, worried about bites after travel, said Steven returned the call in about ten minutes and arrived within an hour for a free inspection of the bed, luggage and belongings. That reviewer said he identified sand fleas rather than bedbugs and responded immediately to a photograph sent the next day.
