The state's Supplier Diversity Office lists the company as a certified minority-owned, veteran-owned and disadvantaged business enterprise, with those certifications running into 2028 and 2029. The BBB accredited it in December 2025, grades it A+, and shows no complaints on the profile. What you won't find is customers talking. Neither its BBB profile nor its BuildZoom page carries a single review, so nothing public speaks to how a job actually went. The one permit BuildZoom shows is small and eight years old — a $5,000 interior demolition of water-damaged areas on Sherer Trail in Worcester, filed in February 2018 and marked complete. The closest thing to outside recognition is a 2023 franchising.com item that named Belgrave in the first class of PuroClean's mentorship program, chosen from more than 430 franchise locations across North America. That's a nod from the franchise network, not a verdict from a homeowner. For an insurance-driven water, fire or mold job, this is a licensed, accredited, state-certified operator with a decade of corporate history behind it. Ask for recent local references and photos from comparable restorations, and pin down the written scope and how the work will be billed before the trucks roll.
