We were exploring the idea of relocating to New Hampshire and were in Nashua when we saw the Purple Finch office. Sunday morning we went back to the office where we met Alyssa. Alyssa listened - really listened - to us, understood what we wanted, and offered suggestions on towns we might like to explore while also suggesting bakeries, coffee shops, dinners and cafes for lunch, and restaurants for dinner. Alyssa made us feel immediately comfortable and we contracted with her to represent us in our search. She provided outstanding service during the search. Her suggestions of homes to tour was thoughtful and well organized, helping us to narrow the types of properties and locations that would be the best fit for us. Eventually we decided to have a home built similar to one that we had toured. Alyssa worked closely with us and the developer throughout the process of purchasing the land, contracting for the construction of our new home, modifying the floor plans, and making all the many decisions on exterior and interior finishes. She also helped monitor construction progress and with the final walkthrough. Her knowledge, professionalism, and empathetic listening skills were key to the success of the project!
