Quality Cleaning & Restoration, Inc is a restoration company whose website says it provides water, fire, mold, sewage and storm damage cleanup to commercial and residential clients across Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Upstate New York, with a 24/7 emergency response. The company says it has been in business for 15 years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 188432, is active on the state registry. A recent customer says the company assessed the problem and was back the following day to clean a backed-up sewer pipe spill, and calls the cleanup a blessing in disguise because there were even more issues at hand. A customer who had a basement remediated says years of neglect and mildew damage were turned into a serviceable mold and mildew free basement, with Sergei as team leader answering questions, and that the work was finished in the space of a long weekend. Another recent account describes the company as responsive, friendly and professional and says Alex is a joy to communicate with. A 2026 customer said they had worked with the company for a couple of years and that it consistently did what it said it would do and showed up on time. A 2025 customer said a sump pump had flooded the basement, and that after a call the night before, the crew was there first thing the next morning.
This is a stellar company! They assessed my problem, and were back at my house following day to clean a backed up sewer pipe spill. Their clean up was actually a blessing in disguise because there were even more issues at hand. Alex and Vasily went above and beyond for us.
Quality Cleaning & Restoration did a fabulous job remediating our basement. Years of neglect and mildew damage were transformed into a serviceable mold and mildew free basement. Sergei as team leader answered questions and helped solve problems that I had, very smart and practical; a real professional. They were all friendly, helpful, and accommodating - and hard workers. They were finished in the space of a long-weekend. Very satisfied customer! Would recommend.
Great to work with. Very responsive, friendly, and professional. Alex is a joy to communicate with. We certainly would recommend them for your restoration needs.
I’ve worked with Quality Cleaning & Restoration for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience. They consistently do what they say they’ll do, show up on time, and deliver excellent work. Their crew is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend their services!
I can't say enough positive things about the crew that showed up at my home this morning. My basement had flooded from a sump pump that decided to take some time off. I called last night and Quality Restorations were here first thing this morning. They were all well qualified, professional, personable and caring. Honestly, this experience while causing me anxiety.....ended up "Restoring" my faith in the kindness of people. I would like to most especially recognize Alex, Sergiy, and Artem. Thank you so much for everything!!
