A September reviewer described speaking with Ed before technician Joshua came out, praising both for explaining the radon system and describing the price as reasonable after doing their own pricing research. Another customer, writing in June, said Angelo and Chris answered questions and contacted Ed when they needed clarification. An August reviewer who had used the company on a previous project praised pricing, timeliness and efficiency. In a February 2026 review, a homeowner said their radon system was running within a few days of calling.
