The Derry business describes itself as a family-owned Southern New Hampshire remodeling and construction company, with roofing, siding, decks, windows, basements and renovations among its offerings. Its website says it is fully insured, offers free estimates and serves Derry, Londonderry, Windham, Salem, Nashua and Merrimack. Google showed a 5-star average from 52 ratings in August 2026. The flooring account follows a September 2025 review in which a customer described vinyl flooring installed in the girls’ playroom. That customer praised Michael’s responsiveness, the quoted price and the crew’s speed. In a February 2025 review, another customer said Michael, Timmy and the team completed a basement sooner than the expected timeline and praised the quality of the work. Deck customers described both construction and repairs. In an August 2024 review, a homeowner said Mike and the crew built new decks, explained unexpectedly extensive internal damage and repaired it. An October 2024 customer described a deck built on a garage, with a price below the other quote they had received and completion sooner than expected. That customer also said the owner came at the end to check that the work was complete and the site clean. Communication mattered when the job changed or slowed. A June 2025 reviewer described weather delays but said Mike kept in touch; the same customer praised a shed roof and a repaired and painted deck. In January 2026, a customer said Michael answered questions about timing, materials, design and process, while the crew kept the site clean and started and finished on time. An October 2025 reviewer living out of state said Mike provided an estimate, kept them informed and helped update a property for sale. Smaller repairs appear in older accounts too. In August 2025, a cottage customer described custom-cut replacements for rotted decorative rafters and replacement of a rotted section beneath the front door. A June 2024 customer said Sully’s replaced a storm door, installed a doorknob and stabilized stair bricks. They said the work took a few hours, came in on estimate and was scheduled at least two weeks sooner than originally expected.
