Quality Granite and Quartz Llc

For anyone who may be looking to replace their countertop with beautiful granite or quartz, I highly recommend Quality Granite and Quartz LLC, located on Shaker Road in East Longmeadow. We recently had them replace our old countertop in our master bathroom and I can honestly say that the owners Carlos and Jill Flores were fantastic to work with. The quality of the installation was excellent. Their passion to help their customers is amazing! Lee Breton

We visited five showrooms before deciding to chose Quality Granite to replace our 25-year-old formica counters. Jill and Shannon were extremely patient as we struggled to make a final choice, advising us on the various options of man-made and natural stone. Carlos was precise, and took a lot of care while installing the granite. Our house was built in 1936, so nothing is square, but the counter and backsplash are perfect. It is absolutely impossible to be more pleased with our granite countertops. Our daughter said it best when she saw the counters and backsplash saying, "The kitchen looks like it always should have been this way!" I've added a few before photos as well. The difference is stunning. Many thanks to Quality Granite!

Jill and Shannon were super helpful about helping choose which quartz to go with, and Carlos is great at what he does. They got install done super quick and efficiently and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops!! Some before and afters for reference.

Carlos and Jill (and a shoutout to Shannon!) are absolute professionals and I will recommend Quality Granite and Quartz to anyone looking for new countertops! I visited their showroom after seeing their work online, and was pleasantly surprised by how laid back the entire process was. Once it got down to the wire, Carlos and his team worked extremely quickly and were able to squeeze my install into a tight schedule before a birthday party I was hosting. The work is top notch, the people are great, and the prices extremely fair. Could not be happier with the results! Bravo!

We decided to give Quality Granite a chance to replace our bar area on the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law who use them for their kitchen counters. Carlos, Shannon and Jen were most accommodating and made our project happen very quickly, efficiently and cost effectively . They were very polite and friendly and left our house as clean as when they arrived. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Please give them the opportunity to enhance your home or office, you will be happy with your choice. Terry & Kristie Mullins
