From bare garage concrete to a finished floor, Diamond Tuff Epoxy’s customers describe the preparation as well as the result. A July 2026 Google reviewer says owner James Roraback explained the product’s limits, came to do the work within days and transformed the garage over three days. The customer chose the company after comparing several quotes and praised both the price and the finished work. Based in East Longmeadow, the company says it serves Springfield and nearby towns including Agawam, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Northampton and Wilbraham. Its website lists epoxy, polyaspartic and metallic epoxy floor coatings, along with countertop refinishing and garage and interior painting. It also advertises free estimates, says it is insured and reports 20 years in business. Google gives it five stars from 65 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. The work described by earlier customers includes basement floors as well as garages. In a June 2023 HomeAdvisor review, a customer said Jay leveled a basement floor for a craft room, applied two types of epoxy, added a colored design and sealed it. The customer praised the finished floor and his care around the home. A December 2025 Google customer described Jay and Sean refinishing basement and garage floors, with no mess left behind. Other dated accounts describe what happened around the job. A June 2023 HomeAdvisor customer said Jay’s estimate for refinishing a concrete accessibility ramp and metal railing matched the final cost. In October 2022, another customer reported prompt follow-up, arrival at the agreed time, adherence to the agreed price and thorough cleanup. More recently, a May 2026 Google reviewer who postponed a garage-floor project praised Jay’s patience and responsiveness during the inquiry.
I've delayed starting this project for years because I wasn't sure whether my garage was the right fit and wasn't convinced it was worth the cost. This year, I got tired of seeing the bare concrete, which was impossible to clean and an eyesore in my house. I decided to look for a contractor. After getting several quotes, I chose Diamond Tuff Epoxy for their very competitive price. What really stood out was James Roraback, the owner, who clearly knew the product and its limits. To my surprise, James himself came to do the work within a few days. In just three days, my garage was transformed into exactly what I wanted. The entire process with Diamond Tuff Epoxy was smooth and straightforward, and the best part was that I dealt directly with the owner rather than a new employee still learning the ropes. The quality of the work was even better than I had hoped, and I’d be happy to recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their garage, basement, or workshop
Very professional team who takes pride in their work! Excellent job done revitalizing my garage.Diamond Tuff Epoxy is highly recommended.
Jay was by far the most responsive and patient with me while I considered getting my garage floor done. While I ultimately decided to postpone the project, Jay was still professional and polite, making me want to go with him if I do proceed in the future. Highly recommend for his customer experience alone!
Outstanding refinishing of my basement & garage floor! Jay and Sean are easy to work with, responsive and flexible. The bonus was that there was no mess whatsoever! I'd highly recommend Diamond Tuff for anyone in need of floor refinishing. Pics are the garage before and after.
Diamond Tuff products are absolutely amazing. This is our second floor with fantastic quality. Jay and Shawn were very professional but yet on the other hand they were both polite, respectful and friendly. We are going to have a third project for them to do in the near future. Excellent Product.
