A December 2025 customer praised the windows Robert washed but said the job was still unfinished after payment upfront. Old School Window and Gutter Cleaning is based in East Longmeadow, and its customers describe window washing, skylight washing and gutter cleaning. Google shows a 4.1-star average from 16 ratings. The December reviewer described two visits: Robert arrived hours after the scheduled time on the first, then left because it was getting dark. He came late the following day, washed some windows and spent time in his car with the companion who had accompanied him between stretches of work. The customer said he promised to return within a week to finish the outside of the lower-level windows. They paid him upfront on October 21, 2025, and wrote on December 29 that he had not returned to finish. Other customers described completed work. In a June 2025 review, a customer who needed a second-story gutter cleaned and four skylights washed said Robert arrived within hours, praised the price and praised the job. A July 2026 reviewer described prompt, thorough gutter service. Back in June 2020, a customer reported a quick arrival and gutter cleaning, calling the worker professional, courteous and affordable. An April 2026 reviewer said two calls seeking a quote went unanswered and that they subsequently used another window-cleaning company.
Outstanding! Prompt and thorough gutter service. Now we can have peace of mind as the storms roll in!
I called them twice to get a quote but never heard back from them. I then call Great White cleaning, for my windows, and they did an OUTSTANDING job.
I selected this company because of the glowing reviews but was very disappointed in the owner's lack of professionalism. He did a fabulous job on the windows when he worked, but he didn't seem to value the job. He arrived hours later than the scheduled time, left because it was getting dark, came late the following day, washed a few windows and then went to his car to spend time with his companion who accompanied him, washed a few more windows, and left with a promise to return within the week to finish washing the outside of our lower level windows. Robert is very personable and believable so we trusted him and paid him upfront. That was Oct. 21, 2025, and he hasn't yet shown up to finish the job (Dec. 29, 2025).
Needed my second story gutter cleaned and four skylights washed. Robert gave me a great price, did an outstanding job and arrived within hours! OLD SCHOOL SUPER SERVICE! Highly recommend.
Made calls to area, he showed up quick, was professional, courteous and affordable. He cleaned my gutters out, and will have him back to put in gutter guards and power wash. Excellent service!!!
