Quarry Hill Excavating says it has been in business for 34 years, and its website describes a process that runs from the first site meeting and a detailed quote through to completing the project. A 2025 Google customer credited the company with getting them connected to town sewer and called the work efficient. A 2023 Google customer said Quarry Hill installed the septic for their home and "completely botched the job": the tank covers were buried 3 feet underground, risers were not installed, and the site was loaded with rocks during backfill, which made it hard for other septic companies to find the covers. That 2023 customer said the company would not answer the phone or return calls when they tried to have it come back and fix the work. Dale E Bangma holds Massachusetts construction supervisor license CS-069785, active on the state registry. The company's Better Business Bureau grade is A+.
Excellent work getting me connected to town sewer. Efficient and high quality.
Quarry Hill installed the septic for my home and completely botched the job. The tank covers were buried 3 feet underground and risers were not installed. When they backfilled, they loaded the entire site with rocks, so it made it incredibly difficult for other septic companies to even find the covers. I tried to reach out to have them come back and fix it but they wouldn’t answer the phone and refused to return my calls. Avoid them at all costs.
