A 2024 customer said Tom called promptly after they posted the project at 7PM Monday night, and by Tuesday at 3PM a new water heater was installed and working. A 2023 customer said Tom was at the house within an hour to prep the old water heater for removal and came back the next morning with the new one. A 2018 customer said Tom and Kenny came to replace their water heater and identified and remedied a leak in their well. A 2018 customer said they wanted a new gas water heater installed with an inspection from the town, and the town inspector approved the installation without any problems. A 2020 customer said the company came with the Navien 180E NG boilers they wanted two days after the visit, and the installation took 5 days while the customer held them back waiting on "my guy to install the power outlets." A 2019 customer said they were quoted $950 for a water heater installation, challenged the amount when the office called about payment, paid $850 instead and felt taken advantage of financially. A 2019 customer said there were two trips away to get things, adding to the time, while praising the work. A 2018 customer said the office called more than once to get card and address details and still misspelled their name on the invoice.
Tom called promptly after I posted the project at 7PM Monday night. By Tuesday at 3PM I had a new water heater installed and working, and at a good price. Very professional. They arrived early and there were no (bad) surprises.
This is the second time I have had Quinn do work for me and I couldn't be more please with Tom or the work he did. When I put in the quote request he contacted me within seconds and was at my house within an hour to prep the old water heater for removal. The next morning he came right on time with the new water heater and had it up and running in short order. The quote for the job was fair even though he had to leave to get some materials to replace what was there. I'll definitely use Quinn again. If you have plumbing issues, give Tom a call. You won't be sorry.

They were exceptional - after calling and scheduling work at other 2 companies that NEVER showed -it was Quinn Co that came to my rescue! From speaking with Pat in the office and her sending Ken to fix a leak in a pipe - He was absolutely great and can’t say enough good praise for this Company! They have me as a customer from now on- very professional and RELIABLE!
