R A M Custom Carpentry

R A M Custom Carpentry is a Rockland, Massachusetts custom remodeling and finish-carpentry business run by owner Richard Macphail. In 2007 reviews on Angi, homeowners praised quick, reasonably priced cabinet repairs and said Rich was easy to reach, often returning calls within minutes. A third 2007 review noted he showed up on time as scheduled. A fourth 2007 review describes a granite countertop job that went wrong: the reviewer says the contractor misjudged the slab measurements and back-splash angles, delaying the installation, and never delivered promised extra material as compensation. The owner's public response disputes that account, saying the additional work was never contracted or paid for and that a family matter had paused the job. Anyone considering this business should ask about current licensing and availability directly, since these accounts date to 2007.
