In a 2023 review, a customer wrote that R & R Roofing stripped the roof, replaced all the lead, ran ice and water barrier 6 feet wide along the border and replaced 32 squares in one day. A 2024 customer said owner Richard was a pleasure to work with and that the new roof was completed in one day. A 2022 Houzz customer with a leaking roof said Mr Rossi was the first of three companies to call back, came out the very next day, and came in $1500 below a rival quote. In that 2022 review, Mr Rossi was also on the job most of the day. In a 2022 review, a homeowner said Richard brought over several shingle samples to match the existing roof and that they paid what he quoted, with no unexpected costs. A 2021 customer said Richard Rossi toured the site and detailed the work, and that the job was started and completed on the scheduled day. That 2021 customer also wrote that R&R Roofing had installed the previous roof 23 years earlier. The work went past shingles at times. A 2021 customer said Richard and his crew installed a new roof and replaced 5 skylights. In 2020, a customer whose downspout and gutter came loose in a storm said one of Richard's workers was at the house the next morning to make the repair. A 2019 customer said Richard removed a cupola from the garage roof to replace the roof and came back within a week of the call to reinstall it. A 2025 customer complained about a roofing job. That customer said Richard cared only about doing the jobs the same day, never got out of his truck or went on the roof, and never came to look after being sent two photos of shingle buckling. The same 2025 customer wrote that four months later they were still picking up nails, had 3 pounds of roof nails in the gutter, and that vents were never sealed.
