Five customers wrote in May and June 2023, all about fences and all specific about them: fifty feet of six-foot wood, fifty feet of four-foot vinyl, a hundred-and-fifty-foot wood run. One of them said the pricing was fair and she was planning to bring the company back for her outdoor steps. Angi and HomeAdvisor publish the same profile and the same six reviews as each other, and there the figure is 4.3. The reason is a July 2023 one-star on a $6,200 job: the customer wrote that the scope kept changing and that the work done was whatever was easiest rather than what had been asked for. The company's published reply does not address the work at all — it calls the customer cheap and says he wanted everything for free. Four five-star reviews landed on the same site in September 2024, three of them a single line long, and one more followed in February 2025. The company's own description does not agree with itself either. One paragraph of the Angi profile claims twelve years of experience while the highlights box directly beneath it says five; Thumbtack says fourteen years in business. For a straightforward fence or a paver patio around Lynn, several customers describe exactly that — finished on time, fairly priced, easy to deal with. Pin the scope down in writing before any money moves, since a shifting scope is precisely what produced the one-star, and ask how disagreements get handled, because the company's answer to the last one is published on its own page.
