R H Gallo Builders

I recently moved into a house built by RH Gallo Builders Inc. last November and could not be happier. They took the time to go over the build and also gave us some good recommendations. The layout of the house is perfect and Gallo allowed us to make minor adjustments to the plans. Their communication was great, the project was on time and on budget. I would definitely buy another house built by RH Gallo Inc!

Poor customer service , poor service in general , i bought a house in march of 2019 today is 6/11/2020 the house still have issues , my driveway acumulates 3 inchs of water they told me they were going to fix it but they didnt , everytime winds my one part of the siding comes off they come fix it next time the winds again the same thing happens , the asphalt on my driveway everytime the rains start making holes , i had a leaking on the kitchen from the tub on the 2nd floor bath , the front entrance they put some blocks down for the entryway but they didnt dig it they just throw it in the grass so everytime the rains moves , lot of lot of problems , dont buy a house from this people if you need more information feel free to call me ill take you to my house to show you the problems 2062492044 Thiago my name ill be happy to let you guys know how this people are ! Response from Rh Gallo Builders Inc July 7, 2022 I will file this under"You can't please everyone." We bent over backwards to please this customer. Including doing things that are not part of normal warranty work. But, no matter what we did or how far we went this women was never satisfied. I even had to fight with her attorney for six months to get the Holdback released even though all the work had been completed. I would never deal with this women again. Customer from hell!! As a side note there are no issue with her house. Everything she complained about was nit picky and minute.

Steve Gallo and his “team” are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to work with. Steve Gallo does everything he can to cut corners and is all about quantity over quality. The company he uses for his flooring is the absolute worst and my downstairs and upstairs flooring were never installed properly. Obviously Gallo would not take ownership for these floors even after an outside company deemed the builder at fault. Steve Gallo is beyond unprofessional to work with and even belittles his customers. If I could give this company a negative star I would. Look elsewhere if deciding to build.

Buying a new home can be stressful in so many ways. To me what matters most is a good and transparent relationship between seller and buyer. After having a few minor issues once we moved in I was very happy to get a call from one of the owners. He made sure everything was fixed as promised. Thanks for all your help! We love our new house.

After renting a townhouse from Gallo builders I urge anyone considering their decision to rent from them to go elsewhere . Not only are their homes built to poor quality and constructed the cheapest way possible . But they don’t respond to maintenance repairs to rental properties , and when you do get hold of someone the attitude you’ll receive is the most unprofessional contact you will ever have with a “professional” company .
