Fernando is a great builder. From the start, he was able to walk us through the design process and was very transparent about what to expect from a price, process, and timeline standpoint. Not only did he meet his timelines, but was also available anytime we had a question or concern. If he didn’t answer, he always called right back. A lot of times when people work fast, they sacrifice quality. With Fernando, it was speed and high quality. Any issues (which there weren’t many) were addressed right away. Not only was he a great facilitator, but he was a great person to work with. He took the time to talk to us and learn what we liked. He gave many good suggestions for upgrades along the way (which ended up being great decisions). All of his employees were very respectful and kind. I would highly recommend this builder.

We couldn’t be happier with Fernando and his crew. He is highly professional, communicates clearly, and does exactly what he says he will do. Fernando installed a French drain to resolve an exterior flooding issue that led to basement remodeling, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Budgeting, permitting, and coordination with subcontractors were all handled seamlessly. This is the best construction work I’ve experienced across any home I’ve owned. We plan to hire Fernando again next year for a home addition, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality construction work.

I would give them six stars if I could! I couldn’t have gotten better contractors to build my home not only did they go above and beyond when something occurred after we moved in they were efficient well mannered and sympathetic which in my book that’s really important. Not only that, but let me give the biggest thanks and shout out to his partner. For making this home, a true dream for a wife with kids. There was details in this home only a woman would think about. And in return made my life soo much easier! So much cabinet space, washer, and dryer upstairs with the bedrooms. Every room has so much closet space. the entryway, being so spacious. A master bedroom out of a magazine The list goes on!!! So if you’re looking for a contractor that values Family, most importantly know what they’re doing! And actually put love into what they’re doing. You’re at the right place.

I had a water infiltration issue in my home, and the Jahnke Construction team responded swiftly and professionally. They quickly diagnosed the root cause and carried out the repairs with efficiency and attention to detail. I’m very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and expert service.

Fernando and his team are very professional. They showed up and ended the day on the schedule they gave me. He put in 3 egress windows for me. Water snuck in the egress I called and they came back the next day to put a strip over the place where water got in. No issues since. I would defiantly work with Fernando and his teach again.
