In a May 2025 review, a customer said Scott and his crew replaced the first-floor flooring while the family was away for a short vacation. The crew moved the furniture, removed the old flooring, installed the replacement, put the furniture back and had the dumpster collected before the family returned. The customer said the work was completed despite a snowstorm and described the price as reasonable. Outdoor projects feature in other dated accounts. A May 2025 customer wanted a deck added to an existing deck to create an entertaining space leading to an outdoor pavilion; they praised Scott’s ideas and daily presence on site. In February 2024, another household described a new composite back deck and front porch steps. A March 2024 customer said Scott built an addition to their home and praised the work and pricing. Repeat customers also described how projects were handled. One May 2025 reviewer had hired Scott twice for construction at their house and said both projects finished on time. A February 2024 reviewer said their construction work finished on time and on budget. Another May 2025 account described a full renovation of second-floor bedrooms in an old University of Massachusetts fraternity building, completed ahead of schedule. Scott A. McNamara’s Massachusetts construction supervisor licence and home improvement contractor registration are active. The Better Business Bureau lists the company with an A+ grade and without accreditation. Google showed a 5-star average from 14 ratings in August 2026.
