In the same review, the customer described years of using LaCroix for projects, including Rich's renovation of a black-and-white tile floor to a mirror-like finish and the cleaning of seven oriental carpets with fringe replacement. The Worcester business describes itself as locally owned and owner operated, with service dating to 1988. Its website says it serves Worcester County and nearby areas and names Worcester, Auburn, Webster and Dudley among its service-area towns. It also says the business operates under Diversified Restoration & Cleaning, Inc. Alongside flooring work, the company advertises residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning, floor-covering installation, and air-duct and dryer-vent cleaning. Extra review: Using marketplace, I picked up a 9x12 wool Persian rug (red with blue borders)for $200. Immediately called Rich who was able to take it to his cleaning factory. He washed twice due to the prior homeowners use of carpet cleaning products. He returned a rug in perfect condition. His company is tops…use no other for your carpet and flooring needs! Rich and his team do exceptional work. I’ve used LaCroix for a number of projects over the years and the results have been phenomenal. Most recently he personally renovated a black and white tile floor to an exceptional mirror like level and cleaned 7 oriental carpets including replacing the fringe. They look brand new!! Never, ever hesitate to call upon Rich and his time for high end and on time work! Jim
