R P Brazos Oil Co

Had just recently returned from vacation and our oil company was closed and unfortunately had ran out of oil why we were away so I decided to call this company because they said they do have 24-hour service and then they refused to serve us even though we have three small children in the house one of them a 4-month-old baby less than 24hrs before this giant storm. The exact words from the person on the phone where "not my problem". Their reason being was because we had never purchased oil from them in the past. I would be proud to be a customer of this company that has a 24-hour service but refuses to help someone that is willing to pay full or even extra for emergency service even though I may not be a customer but instead was told that your children are "not my problem". Awesome way to drum up new business thank you RP Brazos Oil Co.

I called December 22, 2024 at 9:30am. I asked for help because my oil ran out. My husband is away and unable to answer his phone. I told the woman who answered the phone that I had an EMERGENCY and my heating oil ran out, my home is 58 degrees. She then told me that they can’t help me unless it’s an emergency. I repeated, “it’s an emergency my oil ran out”. She then said, “we only help people that we’ve previously brought oil to”. I reminded her that my husband is away and that he normally does this stuff so I’m not sure if we’ve used them. Needless to say, I AM STILL OUT OF OIL AND STILL ON A MISSION TO GET SOMEONE TO EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE ON A SUNDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. This person should be fired. They are an absolute embarrassment to the company and is inhumane 0 out of 10. What kind of place is this????
