“I'm assuming you are in Cromwell since your contract is from Cromwell Energy.”
“However, someone else from the same company (Cromwell Energy) came out and offered up a quote to replace my oil furnace for …. $9300!!! I asked if this price was firm and was told it was.”
We have been using Cromwell Energy for our heating and air conditioning for the past 3 years. We have them come once a year and service our furnace, etc. They are always prompt and very helpful especially with teaching my wife and me how to use the new thermostat. Recently we contacted them to install a mini-split heat/AC unit in our sunroom. The technicians were prompt, courteous and incredibly neat. One of them so carefully dug up some plants in order to put the outside unit in place that we gave them to him to take home. Cromwell Energy has been a joy to deal with. Their customer service and responsiveness is superb. We will definitely continue using them for all our heating and air conditioning needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future.
They are the best!!! I will recommend them to anyone!!! wonderful job👍
Completely provided 100% exceptional customer service. Willing to travel and take extra steps to customize the installation and cleaned up after! Highly recommended!
These guys go above and beyond to make their clients happy. We've had early morning emergencies, tunes up, and a few big projects since we moved into our house in 2018. Our most recent project (extending a gas line to our deck for a natural gas grill) was going to start first thing in the morning. Although, they were called to an emergency to help another family. They kept me updated all morning, which was much appreciated. They started my project later in the day, but called in a few other guys to the project in order to finish on time. We were highly satisfied with the outcome. I absolutely recommend them! They are all very friendly, prices seem very fair. I have never felt overcharged.
My upstairs Central Air broke during this heatwave and Rich and his team were able to find a universal fan motor and fix my AC within a few days of my initial phone call. Cole was the Service Tech who did a great job and answered all my questions.
