Four of the seven written reviews name the same man: Leo. Customers describe him quoting the job, arriving with a crew, and coming back — one October 2025 Angi reviewer had him return a couple of times to adjust sprinkler heads, then again to winterize, and expected him back in the spring. LAC Landscaping and Construction works out of 90 Eutaw Ave in Lynn and covers both halves of its name: patios, driveways, fences, stairs and drainage on one side, lawn and tree care, sprinklers, clean-ups and snow removal on the other. Its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles put the company at 11 years and list the hardscape work — interlocking pavers for patios, walks and steps, and brick, stone or block wall repair. Jobs here have a way of growing. In a September 2024 Angi review, a homeowner who hired Leo for a small fence replacement talked it over with him and decided to add a paver pathway down the side of the house. A May 2024 Google reviewer said Leo gave a good quote and followed through, and was waiting on him to come back and put in a new patio and driveway. Two accounts cut the other way. A March 2023 Google reviewer left a single star and a single line: no show for a scheduled appointment. And one of the September 2024 Angi reviewers, who called the crew efficient and said the work was done quickly and done right, wrote that their aesthetic preferences differed from Leo's and that he was insistent on his way. For hardscape and seasonal yard work where the same name runs from the quote through the follow-up visits, this is the kind of outfit those customers describe. If you have a particular look in mind, say so plainly and get the design details on paper with the price — and confirm the appointment the day before.

I had a very pleasant experience with Leo and his crew. Initially, I hired Leo for a small fence replacement job. After discussion with him, we decided to also paver a side pathway of my house. We were planning to do that job at a later date, but because of our confidence in Leo, we had him complete both projects at the same time. I am so thankful that I went with Leo rather than the other quotes I had for the work. Leo uses high quality materials, easily problem solved a few issues that I thought would be impossible to fix- like a sloped step at the end of the pathway.- and kept us informed as to the progress of the work. The work was completed to an incredible degree of skill. He has turned our side yard into something spectacular. I would hire Leo and his crew for any outdoor landscape work in the future. He is honest, knowledgable, and really easy to work with. Thank, LEO!
