Rapid Flow Drain Masters LLC is a drain business: its website offers main line rooter work, hydro jetting and camera inspections, lists 24/7 emergency service, and names a service area that includes Providence, Cranston, Pawtucket, Woonsocket and Johnston. One customer whose basement bathroom was backing up says they called around and were told nobody could help for 24 hours; Rapid Flow was there 30 minutes later, cleared the line, inspected the drain all the way and found the issue, which the customer says is now waiting on the city. A customer says Mark cleared the main line after it backed into the basement and didn't charge for emergency or after hours. A customer says the call was answered immediately and that Mark treated them with professionalism and courtesy. A customer says they came right out and fixed the problem fast.
