Raps Plumbing & Heating

Used them in the past for installation and service. However, the last time they used a vacuum on my working condensate pump and it failed the next day. They wanted to charge me for a new pump and I refused, since it worked perfectly before they "serviced" it. Now they don't want me as a customer anymore. Poor customer service and a stupid business decision for a pump that likely cost them less than $50 to replace the one they damaged. Zero stars if I could. And the response below is filled with inaccuracies. I asked for a flush, and they said it was not needed. And if you think a condensate pump costs $250, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

Had a clogged kitchen drain that I tried to snake myself and failed. I called Raps and they scheduled a same day visit. Matthew Wypychoski came, realized it would be a bigger job and eventually found out that there was a clog in the septic line. They came 3 times over a week, did water jetting and added some new piping to update our old plumbing. It wasn't cheap, but the pricing was competitive compared to plumbers that I've worked with previously. I was very pleased with the professional job they did and would work them again.

was able to get appointment sam day I called within couple hours. Teck showed up on time. He was very nice and helped with a few questions we had. He did an excellent job at fixing the shower faucet and left the shower clean.

Great service we have used them for various repairs and installs, timely and knowledgeable, very friendly service, highly recommend!

Raps gets the job done on time, on budget, and with excellent service and product installation knowledge. Highly recommend Paul and his well trained crew.
