Evan, Jack and Ray replaced a gas boiler and water heater with a combi boiler, and that customer called the result a tidy and organized installation. Jonathan did sewer scoping for a homeowner worried about a new dip in the yard and showed them the camera view and the condition of their pipes. Nick found a way to reach the plumbing for one family's kids' bathroom through the linen closet instead of going through the kitchen ceiling. Lee diagnosed a dishwasher failing with a diagnostic code as a seating imbalance and adjusted the washer feet. One customer thanked Lee for coming out on an emergency call on his way home for the day. A 2023 customer said Lee cleared a badly clogged toilet and had to use an extension on his unclogging device. A 2025 customer said Joe and Brandon set up a tankless hot water heater, and that Megan and Dara helped set up the install and helped with state rebates. A 2023 customer said Jay offered three options for a water heater replacement and the appointment was scheduled for the very next morning. Its Connecticut plumbing licence, PLM.0204379-P1, is active, held by Richard G Jurzyk Jr.
Jonathan from Rick‘s Plumbing saved my new gold chain necklace- a birthday present !! He retrieved it from the bathroom drain after it slipped out of my hands and slithered down the drain In a flash. Fortunately, I didn’t run the water. I put a towel over the sink and faucet so I wouldn’t use it until he arrived. He unscrewed the pipes under the sink and had it in my hands in 10 minutes and MADE MY DAY!! Thank you, Jonathan and Rick‘s Plumbing!!
Jonathan came to investigate my sluggish floor drain which caused flooding in my basement after a torrential rain. He was able to explain exactly what was happening and a remedy. Always great service from Rick's Plumbing Service, Inc.!
Evan, Jack, and Ray from Rick's Plumbing service replaced my gas boiler and water heater with a combi boiler. They were professional and meticulous. Result is the tidy and organized installation. Highly recommended.
