Ray's Air Systems LLC

Ray's Air Systems LLC puts AC and heating installations at the front of its website, which lists a service area of West Haven, New Haven, Derby, Shelton, Old Saybrook, Guilford, Madison and Branford. The company says it has been in business eight years, and its site notes limited installation availability each week. A recent customer says Ray and his team arrived first thing in the morning, replaced the condensing unit, made some modifications inside and disposed of the old unit, with no trash or dust left behind. A recent customer with an 1831 house says the crew designed a system for it and kept the house clean in the process. A recent customer says the company got an air-conditioning unit fixed quickly. A 2026 customer said the company diagnosed a heating problem on the first visit and gave a few options with the pros and cons of each. That 2026 customer said the new system install took a few hours, and that the company planned to come back to check the system one last time. A 2026 customer said Ray and his team replaced a 21-year-old 3-ton heat pump with a leaking evaporator, and that Ray stayed in the quoted price range. A 2026 customer said Ray and his team installed a dryer vent and double-checked its placement. A 2026 customer said Ray did duct work installation at the customer's home. One recent 3-star customer says the install works, but that he had little knowledge of the system he installed and had to have the rep come out; that customer had to learn to adjust the field settings on their own.
