TOMAX has been servicing my home in North Haven and our HOA for over 10 years. His experience with the community is extremely obvious and wonderful. He's extremely prompt and if he says he's going to do something he does it without issues. Regular service is fair and his pricing is extremely just. Max and his staff were very professional when installing our mini-split AC unit. Tomax was referred to me by Samsung as a preferred dealer and they did an outstanding job in every respect. There were issues getting the units due to supply chain issues affecting everyone this year, but Max kept me informed and scheduled us promptly as soon as the equipment was available. They worked efficiently and made sure I knew how to operate and maintain the units. Thanks Max for a job well done!!

We bought our house in April of 2021, Tomax came out to check out our heating system, after inspecting the unit that came with the house, they noticed a handful of issues with how our system was plumbed and a few other things that weren’t up to code. We decided to switch over to natural gas and ditch the oil furnace we had. Tomax coordinated with the gas company for us and made the entire process painless. Max came to our house multiple times to meet with the gas company and inspectors. When Tomax installed our new unit, the staff was extremely professional and the installation is absolutely perfect. We could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism we experienced. 10/10 will use them from now on, and will recommend to anyone
