Ask Raynham House Painting's customers what stood out, and the paint job is almost beside the point — it's the cleanup they keep describing. Steve Beddia's crew paints residential interiors and exteriors across Southeastern Massachusetts, and BBB's profile puts the company at 23 years in business with an A+ grade and no complaints on file. The written record backs that up with real consistency: 18 reviews across Google, Angi and BBB running from 2009 to 2024, with the same details recurring across all fifteen years. In a 2024 review, a homeowner described an exterior repaint where "the paint was matched perfectly" and the crew "worked meticulously to restore the home." A 2023 review called it the very best in "a long list of contractors" hired over 11 years of homeownership. Further back, Angi reviewers from 2009 through 2021 describe the same habits on repeat — vacuuming twice during sanding, washing switch plates and windows, moving furniture back into place each night, and small extra repairs done at no added charge, including new shades and blinds installed on one 2013 job. On Angi, its 17 ratings average a perfect 5.0, and its listed memberships include the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America alongside BBB, HomeAdvisor and Houzz. There's no negative account anywhere in the record. The one thing worth noting: 16 of the 18 written reviews predate 2021, with only two more recent accounts — 2023 and 2024 — carrying the story forward, so it's worth confirming current pricing and scheduling directly. For an exterior repaint or a full interior job where the crew's discipline matters as much as the paint itself, this is a well-documented, long-running local shop worth a call.

I could not be happier with the work done by Steve and his talented crew. My home warranted some exterior painting and maintenance, Steve provided a fair, detailed estimate after surveying the improvements needed, came to do the project in the time-frame agreed upon, and worked meticulously to restore the home. The paint was matched perfectly, boards were replaced as needed, and clean-up was absolutely thorough. The attention to detail was excellent and Steve and his crew were a pleasure to deal with.
I have a lot I want to say about Raynham House Painting, as they did such a terrific job and I feel they deserve a thorough review. I can honestly say that in my 11 years of owning a home, my experience with them was the very best in a long list of contractors I had hired since moving in. The job they did was great, but there were so many facets that I want to touch upon. Professionalism: I called Raynham House Painting on a Friday and Steve was able to come out right away and look at the attic (I was in the process of having my attic finished by a different general contractor). We showed him a paint swatch we liked from Home Depot. He provided insight on how he felt the ceilings and trim should be painted to provide the right contrast with the paint we chose. I could tell he had a lot of industry experience and that he knew what he was talking about. He delivered the estimate on my front porch two days later (on a Sunday) and included a larger canvas with the color we liked in a Sherwin-Williams version. The color matched perfectly, and we were able to hold that canvas up to the wall to get a better idea of what the walls would look like. The estimate itself was less than a competing quote we received, and in the end, Steve took off $200 as they did not need as much paint as he anticipated. Communication: Steve did a great job with communication. I knew when to expect them each morning, had an idea of how long they would work for, and knew which days they expected to finish. For whatever the reason, most contractors fall in this category, despite modern technology making communication simpler than it has ever been in the course of human history. Workmanship: The job they did was great. The advice Steve had on how to paint the trim and ceiling made the color of the walls look amazing. They even touched up paint on my second floor that the attic contractors had chipped during their construction. They labeled cans of remaining paint in the event I have touchups that are needed in the future. All the workers brought a second pair of shoes just for the house as to not dirty my carpets, and they also put down cloth on all the carpets before they started any work. Courteousness: Steve made a point to introduce himself to my wife, who had been in the other room when he first came by for an estimate. They all got along well with my dog. I received a thank you note from the company after the job was completed. They were quiet while working and not disruptive. My wife and I both work from home, and it was refreshing to work with contractors that went about their role without constantly interrupting calls and meetings with questions. Again, I can’t stress enough, but these guys are the best. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them again the next time I am looking to have painting done.
This review is well overdue and well deserved! We would like to thank Steve Beddia and his team from Raynham House Painting. I can't say enough about their professionalism and quality of work. We have hired other painting companies in the past but never had a company pay so much attention to preparation and cleanup. Sure, the painting came out great but they put so much more into the work than just painting. They vacuumed while they sanded and vacuumed again at the end of each day, washed all the light switch and outlet plates before putting them back on, cleaned the windows and even replaced the seals on the entry door because they had paint on them from the previous painter. Steve also has a large selection of color boards and excellent eye for assisting you with picking colors.
Showed up with 5 other workers and painted a nine room house in 3 1/2 days. Very neat no spills or stray brush marks. Excellent company, very well run.
Mr Beddia and his crew were very professional, very careful of our possessions while working and to a man, tireless, courteous and pleasant! I recommend them highly!
