Rey came in one day to estimate the job. I had an interior drain system installed 24 years ago, but for the first time some water was seeping in and puddling on my cellar floor. Rey looked at the problem with me, suggested a minimal but effective solution, and priced the job at a fair amount. (Another contractor wanted to sell a more extensive job that I believe was more than I needed.) Rey and his assistant came on the day we arranged and did the job very satisfactorily. They worked hard and quickly installing a new drain channel, then re-cemented the floor leaving it clean and level. Rey was personable, professional and good to work with.
Excellent contractor. Very professional sump pump installation, using advanced techniques and high-quality materials. Excellent communicator - he clearly described all aspects of the job prior to installation. Price was reasonable, and the work was completed exactly as scheduled. Highly recommend Rey and his crew.

They did a great job with the work. Extremely clean considering how messy concrete can be. They put plastic over everything to keep the dust down. They got the work done as promised and on time. I'm very impressed and have recommended them to others who have basement water issues.
