Re-Bath

Thanks so much to the Re-Bath team for making my shower surround install such a seamless process. It started on the first day meeting with Nick L. who helped me through all my options, and continued with clear communication via calls and emails to keep me informed of dates and status, all the way to the install team. The team that did the install was awesome to work with and was very informative and respectful of my time and my home. I would recommend Manchester Re-Bath team to anyone I know that's looking for a bathroom remodel.

I had my main bathroom completely redone by Re-bath of Manchester, NH. For the most part, all went fine. The part that bothered me was the 4-5-hr work days, as I am assuming that travel time is part of there 8 hr. work day in which I am paying for. Your experience good or bad, will depend on which team of workers are sent to your job site. My team was ok for the most part, but got sloppy towards the end of the job. No drop cloths in the house second day in, and it was winter time. I guess I was the cleaning crew. I had one piece of baseboard that was defective, and the supervisor Wayne came out to replace it himself, in which I thought was very professional. But upon having to interact with him, he was very unprofessional and spoke very rudely. He may be good at his job, but his customer service manners are very poor at best. The main concern of Re-bath was to make sure you paid them in full before they left your house. I hope this review helps others in the future .

I needed an upgrade fast and Re-Bath made it quick and easy. Randy showed up the day after I called for an assessment and had everything drawn up and ordered that same night. Austin C. and Kenneth M. took three days to professionally and efficiently occupy my home and upgrade my bathroom to a clean, fresh functioning space to be proud of. I would 100% recommend Re-Bath of Manchester, NH to anyone in need of a professional quality home improvement.

I secured Re-bath to renovate our Master Bathroom through Lowes, because we have used them in the past for all of our cabinetry and lighting throughout our home. So when I went to Lowes for a new bathroom, I was a bit skeptical when they told me they now use Re-bath for bathroom renovation. I signed up and Re-bath sent their representative Randy out, who right off the bat was knowledgeable and brought lots of sample materials with him. I made it known that I wanted to use high end materials and that is what he showed me. I picked out solid crushed marble walls for my new shower from floor to ceiling, and gold, special fixtures with a gold trimmed shower door set up. I selected a new floor in a soft color that is durable and attractive, and replaced the dark color granite countertops I had with light, easy-to-maintain one-piece ones made of a soft composite, which included the sinks as part of the one-piece unit, making (2 counter and sink units and an additional counter at my makeup area). Rebath technician, Bryson, and the team replaced all of the floor trim with a good-looking pre-primed trim, which included inside two large his and hers closets at either end of the bathroom, and extended the new floor into both spaces, including floor molding as well. Randy also helped me pick out decorative center tile for inside the shower, as well as his and hers shampoo built-ins in the shower, and lovely gold grab handles to match the new shower heads. Everything blended nicely. Although there were more than a few issues with the company used to order the shower door, Re-bath made good on their promise to deliver a quality door and added some extra ceiling trim inside the shower stall at no additional charge. I also opted for a folding shower seat on the wall that is made of a trek deck type of material. Because I chose a rain-type shower head, if I want, I can sit for my entire shower if I want, and the seat material will stand up to water forever. It is also very sturdy and folds back up onto the wall perfectly! Re-bath is not one of these companies that promise a bathroom renovation in one day! There is no comparison to that type of company, which often uses cheap materials. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. In the end, we have a gorgeous bathroom that is a breeze to maintain. I added a small leather swivel chair and TV, and I now consider my renovated bathroom my "spa", where I have been known to spend a relaxing morning relaxing after my shower with a cup of coffee! I would not hesitate to use Re-Bath as a first choice for any bath redo you choose. The cost seemed a little on the high side at first, but the ease of keeping it clean and the beautiful materials made the project well worth it. So don't be confused if you choose Re-bath. This is a quality company, and their installers have years of experience, and their work is first-rate!
