Thomas Kitchen and Bath

This company is unprofessional, has poor communication skills and frequently fails to meet expected deadlines. I contacted this company to acquire a vanity for my new bathroom. At first the communication was great. We got an estimate, paid the invoice and waited. The vanity itself was delivered several weeks later than it was supposed to be. We anticipated a mid-march arrival for the vanity but did not get it until mid april. I understand that things happen. The thing that upset me the most was the lack of communication unless I called him repeatedly. He never once called to let me know of the delay. For the stone countertop, we kept asking for confirmation of when the delivery and installation would be. Ultimately we had to call the stone company ourselves only to find out that they would be installing the next day. The owner then texted me WHILE the stone company was installing to let me know that they were installing that day. He would make a promise of a specific deadline and then never communicate about delays. He delayed the overall project by missing deadlines. Again, I understand delays and things outside of his control but NOTHING ever arrived when it was promised. I do not recommend this company. I will never utilize them again for any upcoming projects because I have no faith that deadlines would be met. Honestl,y I am beyond frustrated by the customer service. The product itself met expectations.

They were very patient with changes and stayed committed to the timeline, which is rare in this field. The installation process was smooth and well-organized, and everything was done with high craftsmanship. The final result exceeded my expectations — the kitchen looks beautiful and is very practical for daily use.
