My mother was having serious health issues and needed to down-size and sell her house immediately. Thank God for Mrs. Amy Corcoran, she was able to get a photographer on site, get a listing price, description/house info and have the house posted and listed for sale at the snap of a finger. Not to mention the house was sold damn near as fast as it went up. Although, I must say the best part was working with her; she was completely flexible with mom's schedule, kind hearted, understanding and a down to earth person.
